Posting about other SI members

I have actually emailed SI jeff quite a few times on this issue. I was told that I cannot post any personal information about any other SI member...even if that person is a stock promoter in the Caymans committing US securities fraud. I cannot post that he is in the Caymans which does not recognize US securities laws. I just wanted to post what country he lives in but I cannot. He said the posters are the ones responsible for their posts and any disclaimers.

I then asked SI Jeff if a ceo or an employee of a public company becomes an SI member, are we no longer allowed to talk about them on the boards? We are not because they are SI members.

So, all you scammy companies out there, just give SI some money, become a member, and we can't critique you anymore. That would shut these boards up.

Nothing against SI jeff. He said he was just reading the rules to me.
