Although he mentions non-hedged (and often high cost) producers, I will repeat my mantra. The best leverage will be found in shares representing low cost deposits (and not producers, but explorers).

Sure agree with this though. I think we need a little better COT numbers than those seen today, but who knows, and why get cute.
