When LVLT collapses I figure there should be some nice ranches in Omaha available for the taking. LVLT was the most heavily owned stock in Omaha. Thousands in Nebraska had 50% or more of their wealth placed in this stock.

Does anyone know the time frame that exist between a stock collapsing and real estate prices collapsing?
