SGA makes recommedations on stocks that they have been paid to promote. How has SGA been compensated for the promotion of KNIC? The SEC has cited SGA in the SEXI fiasco and 10 other companies, SGA hyped SEXI until SEXI's CEO was arrested along with numerous others in a massive stock scam. You can follow the SEXI saga on SI in the SEXI thread. Sexi's stock collapsed from a high of around 4.50 to .01....after the scam was revealed, so Juan, were shares of KNIC given to SGA in order to promote the stock? If so how many shares and who is okaying this promotion?
