As Zeev indicated last September, at its current levels, the way to treat TSEM is to ‘load your truck’ (for a long-term capital gain).

The low volume is indicative of the lack of inventory offered. But should a MM try to ‘get fancy’ on another broad market pull-back, in the hopes of shaking out shares, then by all means grab the opportunity, because the window continues to close. There have been substantial positive developments pertaining to that issue since Zeev’s analysis last September.

As you can tell by today’s divergent action in the share, there were no MM’s that stepped up to the risk of ‘getting fancy’; meanwhile, buyers that can discern diamonds-in-the-rough were not afraid to continue plucking the shares offered.
