What is your take on Palomino? I think it will (with careful attention) reach 1.6GHz at .18um. I have doubt that it can reach 1.7GHz. But 1.6GHz should look good against a 2GHz P4. If Intel can rapidly move the P4 to .13um in volume at 2.2GHz and beyond, AMD will have some trouble. AMD really needs to be able to ramp the .13um bulk process by the 4th quarter if needed.
