Your logic is a little off here. I am not willing to have a member of my family die in a car accident, but I am willing to drive knowing there is a risk that that will occur. Society does not will the deaths that inevitably occur due to automobiles, but it accepts the trade- off, since life cannot be conducted risk free. In the same way, as long as the rate of error is negligible, there is no reason to suspend the operation of justice as long as it is otherwise justified.
