Thank you for the detailed report Daniel. I will call him next week. By the way, did he say what they were up to in terms of raising capital?

The licensing issue sounds like what I have encountered with many companies. They either get a lump sum upfront fee with smaller per unit royalties or no upfront fee with higher per unit royalties. Many of the companies I have dealt with (startups) prefer the upfront since they need the cash now.

On my next trip to the west coast I may actually go out of my way to visit them as well..
