Thanks for the article. It's interesting to see Kennedy appearing in favor of this, since reducing FDA heavy-handedness has generally been an idea associated with conservatives. Could this be the beginning of true enlightenment in the area of drug approval?
If so, I can't think of a company in the sector (including, of course, Ligand) that wouldn't be helped price-wise. It would be nice to see a few new 52-week highs!
