Clinton found himself in the liberal-dream position of having stolen more money from the productive sectors of the economy than he could spend. The Reagan prosperity set him up as a phony symbol of economic success. Now the liberals he left in his wake refuse to refund even part of their stolen wealth to their victims. They will take this greed into 2002, and will be surprised to find that their crimes are not forgotten.
