omaha.com I know a lot of people from Kiewit that sunk everything into this stock. I believe if Omaha gets hit with high unemployment rate this town is finish. I suspect a year from now is the time to buy property there. If anyone knows the relationship between losses in the stock market and devaluation of real estate I would appreciate it.
