truthcommission,
It is appropriate that your moniker does not include the words accurate or complete: I also warned everyone at Trading Places in early April 2000, at 4,200, to unload all long-term investment, and I warned the same September 21 here at SI, in public, at 3,900. Yes, I also made the recommendation to which you refer. I am not infallible. But that is neither here nor there. Whether I am talented as an analyst or am completely incompetent has very little relevance to the present discussion - it is not illegal to misjudge the stock market. What is important is the following, and, considering your lack of attention to the matters at hand, I believe I owe you no special loyalty in keeping this private. In fact, I believe I do a great disservice to the Membership of this site if I continue to keep it private:

My friend runs a small newsletter and he received a letter in the mail from CyberCorp. I went out to lunch with him today and he brought the letter, per my request. It basically said that due to recent regulatory developments regarding order flow, they were discontinuing payments to certain companies, and gave him 60 days notice. Smart move by Cybercorp. From where I stand, they can use this as an excuse to halt payments while keeping the referred clients. Reply | Delete | File
