I haven't had time to look in CIST materials yet, but the Techne 1996 annual report says that they funded the periodontal project in exchange for co-exclusive marketing rights. That means that, if the periodontal diagnostic was effective and if (that's *two* ifs) it addressed a large market (the posts here in the past two days are of interest), CIST would be sitting on a biggie.

OK. It sort of seems that Bruce Galton is pretty good. Also, the EPR indicates that Hal Smith has also been straight with me. He indicated a long time ago that the company was taking its time so that the business plan would be a good one.

So, from this stance, I'm sorry that I got ticked at these guys.

On the other hand, I have not yet carefully reviewed the 10-Q, and there was stuff in it that bugged me, first time "lightly" through.

When I think about some of the wording in the 10-Q and the Grausz mess, I am not at all sorry that I got ticked at these guys, and I get ticked all over again.
