Very interesting zipped Word document published by CONATEL (COMISIÓN NACIONAL DE TELECOMUNICACIONES) that can be linked from CDG web site but easier to download from this link: conatel.gov.ve Addresses spectrum & technology issues and options that many Latin American countries will be working through. Presumably CDG will be commenting as they have in the past to FCC, ANATEL, MPT, etc. - Eric -
