tc just thinking out loud here... i'm wondering if those flowcharts i've been recommending at fixwindows.com are any darn good? just sent one ray's way (on vid probs) and solon could certainly try it as well. i've recently posted a modem trouble flowchart, but never learned if that was any help. and i recall having posted a few others, without any solid feed back. what do you think? do you know of anyone deriving any greater good from these flowcharts? :) mark
