Hi Larry, That's the ratio of cash and equity that's being suggested by the Idiot Wave right now and it's looking just about right. The summer could get long and the cash should keep it cool.

I'm using a total of 20% SAFE. If you start with the full load of cash, 10%/10% should be just fine. I'd also suggest that you keep buying to once per week at the start. Then if the cash dips to less than 66% of where you started, switch to once every two weeks. If it goes to 33% of the starting cash, then switch to monthly buying. That should see you through any setbacks we have along the way.

I'm running QQQ with AIM in my own account as well as a friend's. My friend's account is doing better than mine, but started when QQQ was lower. I think we're going to do fine.
