Those who think sending Palestinian kids out to throw stones is harmless should ask the parents of this child:

(19:00) Wounded baby's condition 'without hope'

The condition of Yehuda Shoham, the five-month-old Israeli baby seriously wounded in the head in a Palestinian stoning attack on his family's car, continues to deteriorate.

Doctors described the baby's condition this afternoon as "grave, without hope."

The attack took place last week adjacent to the Luban a-Sharkiya village in the Shilo area of Samaria.

Shoham remains unconscious and connected to a respirator at Hadassah-University Hospital, Ein Kerem.

His father, Benny, said a decision was made to add Haim to his son's name, hoping it would give him life.

It will be interesting to note the reaction of the extremist Jews living on the West Bank when this boy eventually dies.

This could become a catalyst for Jewish extremist retaliation against Palestinians.

And the cycle of violence will be racheted up a couple of more notches.
