LLCF - the expense to take care of the ship that takes you through life is well worth it. People have to get it in their heads, the body is a spaceship of your soul - treat it well and it will do so in kind. The brain will think faster, you will be smarter, happier and have greater success in life if you just do what is right for your body. A trader must focus on diet and excercise to be the best he/she can be!!!! Make it part of your program and you will make more money and feel less stress. West
