Don't know much about Pork, although it's all frozen @ Costco know? FYI Coffee and chocolate also loaded with fungus to keep that immune system busy... interestingly tea with what people claim has more caffine than coffee has a totally different 'buzz' [at least for me] much lighter and less jittery.... hmmmmmm > 1 active ingredient?
