can't you buy a bear mutual fund in a retirement account..

like a rydex ultra bear or something that leverages down moves... I would think this would be a good way to play downsides in an IRA..just wondering cause I have been wondering the same about how to take advantage of declines in my IRA.. I have an Oil driller called NBR in my IRA and it has a nice rolling channel..fails at 60 every time and usually goes to mid 40's I cant believe I didnt sell it last time it hit 61, but I was hoping this would be the time it finally broke out..how silly..LOL
