rails99, I am glad that I do not live in Houston! Let's rename Harris County "Quang Tri Province"....And the alligators should be just about everywhere by now.... The most heavily impacted sector should be liquid fuels and waxes as refineries have limited strorage capacity. The portion shipped out by truck is what will be impacted both at the refinery and then around the Gulf Coast at products terminals... Then let's watch the status of gas ,oil, and product pipelines too as floodwaters recede....Erosion and subsidence must be issues for p/l's....
