Daniel-- CQ has announced June 19 as the date of record for the GOAL spinoff. For evey two shares of CQ, one will receive 1 share of GOAL. As I understand it, GOAL consists of OnCommand Video (ONCO), and the Denver Nuggets/Colorado Avalanche sports franchises. Hmmmm... is this something I want to own? Hockey? That interests me about as much as watching my neighbor's home movies on his clam digging vacation. Whooo-boy, hot times! With my CQ shares being in a DRIP, I have no choice but to receive the spin off. Something like 45-50 shares of CQ equals 25 shares of GOAL... not enough to make this beneficial. Going forward, post spin off, CQ looks more appealing. Regards, Paul
