OT- KRAFT IPO

I'm hearing mixed reviews.....some say it's gonna be hot and everybody is clamoring to get in.....others are saying demand has been weak and major houses have been having to "push" the ipo to clients. I think the summer doldrums and connection to MO has some folks worried.......I have never been so indecisive about any stock buying or selling decision in my life....I love the kraft brand name...love the fact it's not tech and fairly defensive, but am concerned as to how it will be effected by summer doldrums and MO's current problems....I am also very confused at it sems one article talks about how hot this IPO is and how everybody wants in, while the next article talks about how demand is weakened because of MO's current problems....I dont know who to believe or what to do..........I do know this.....my broker at SSB said she was told not to put any clients in it that plan to flip the stock...she said they want us to hold for minimum of 60 - 90 days.......does raft go higher or lower in 90 days?....Or better yet....where is kraft next week and where is it 5 years from now? Will it fall after the ipo and be available cheaper, or will it hold it's own near the ipo offering price?
