I happen to agree with you on a short term bases. Longer term, three to five years out, we may still not have made it back to the kind of spending that was happening, but they will start to spend from need to compete foster by an easier lending environment. we should start to see that happening sometime between the 4th qr of this year or 2nd qr next year.

I firmly believe the old guard are just that the old guard and we will see new leaders emerge. So, the CSCO like stocks are going to be dead to under performers. There is plenty of money to made in finding stocks that are not so obvious. So, the averages might look anemic, but if you are looking you will do well.
