Good article. And there is no doubt, that the new IM tool, and other tools in Windows XP will kill some competition in the online business.

The question is - is this legal? And if it is, how much money can they earn on MSN subscriptions? Will IM be replaced by cheaper and better SMS services in the near future? I mean, the number of SMS users is far bigger than the number of IM users over here in Europe, simply because SMS is location (and PC-) independent, and works across providers.
