Peacock Financial Sets Date and Venue for Annual Shareholders' Meeting
SAN JACINTO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 11, 2001--Peacock Financial Corp., aka Broadleaf Capital Partners Inc. (OTCBB:PFCK - news), today announced that the company's Annual Shareholder Meeting will be held on Nov. 29, 2001, at the Kennedy Space Center at Cape Canaveral, Fla.

Genesis Aviation/Aerospace ModWorks Inc., a pending acquisition of Peacock's, will host the meeting.

The date was selected to coincide with NASA's Space Shuttle launch of STS-108/International Space Station-UF1, a seven-crewmember multinational flight, scheduled to depart from Launch Pad 39B at the Cape on Nov. 29, tentatively at 7:55 a.m. A tour of the Kennedy Space Center will be made available for all shareholders in attendance, and reserved seating for the launch will be available as well.

Robert Braner, Interim President and Managing Director of Peacock Financial, stated, ``The decision to hold this year's Shareholder Meeting at the Cape reflects our major commitment to our aerospace ventures, and will hopefully also provide attending shareholders with some exciting experiences at the Space Center.''

Tim Coons, founder of Genesis-ModWorks, an active participant in NASA, and currently serving as Chairman of NASA's Advanced General Aviation Transportation Experiments (AGATE), said, ``The meeting site is an appropriate venue for the Peacock Shareholder meeting in that NASA has been a partner with Genesis-ModWorks for the past eight years. We will be presenting the past history and future directions of Genesis-ModWorks at this meeting, including some new initiatives currently being implemented. We will also be describing some new technology that is being developed between ourselves and the AGATE division of NASA.''

Coons is expected to take a seat on the board of directors at the closing of the acquisition.
