TORONTO (Dow Jones)--SouthernEra Resources Ltd. (T.SUF) has named Robert G.
Rainey vice president and chief financial officer.
In a news release, SouthernEra said Rainey has more than 25 years of
experience in senior financial management positions with both South African
and Canadian companies.
As reported, Frank van de Water was named vice president and chief financial
officer of the company last June. A company spokesman said van de Water has
left the company.
SouthernEra is a diamond mining and exploration company.
