technically, it seems to have made a high volume blow-off top at 50...but the chart isn't 100% conclusive yet, the pullback could still be reversed (iow, use a trailing stop). the insiders have been selling heavily, at lower prices to boot. fundamentally, i think the homebuilders are in for a very rough time in coming months...so yes, you definitely stand a chance.
