re: I may be having more fun that I'm allowed to here, so if I disappear for any length of time it's because they've locked me into solitary again

First of all, there's no defined limit to the amount of fun you're allowed here. The more the merrier.

Secondly, I find that my best creative moments occur shortly after having banged my head against the cushioned walls in solitary ... so perhaps being locked in there is a good thing.

The sliced finger idea extends the subtle comment I made regarding the vegetables and the "really, really sharp knives". So, it has merit. A bit "dicey", though, to cut off the fingers of our heroine.

If Rear Admiral can survive several episodes with a mini-stab wound to the neck, I suppose Muffy could survive being out 60% of the fingers on one of her hands. For a while, anyway. She'd need those back sooner or later, though, in case she wants to double-check some of Precious' counting escapades. As long as the total is under 10, of course.

Oh, look ... #444 is next. Who will grub it?
