Nhiem, re; DMD
Last I was there DMD still had it's problems. I imagine you
know a little about how the mirrors worked. Basically rectangles
hinged on 2 opposite corners and I believe electroststically pivoted.
Some problems existed with work-hardening leading to breakage.
I know improvement was made, but don't know to what level it's at
today. Never worked in the group, so mostly hear say from peers.
Also the biggie was bulb longivity. It takes mucho power to
generate the light. It will probably stay in the conferencing arena, as
it could heat a room in a house. Don't know if high intensity light and
low power will come to pass. Some basic physic laws to deal with.
Oh yes, I finally remembered the other exec that left with Engibeous' arrival. Pat Webber, semiconductor president. I haven't
researched Analog Devices yet. Maybe I'll start today. Currently
tracking 17 stocks. The more I add the busier I stay. I'm so overloaded
in tech investments it scares me sometimes, but thats what I understand best. I'll boom or die (work again) with techs!
