Maybe $3 is a bit high, but at the same time I'm comparing Neutrino with companies like Beau Canada (CFPS of about $0.50) and the following companies who have the same basic strategy:

Probe which is priced at $1.70
Oiltec...................$2.10
Panatlas.................$1.20

which are trading at higher Price/CFPS.

So the question is: what is their problem ? No promotion, no broker following them....they're saying they want to acquire a property in South America....that may be just the thing to get them up and going....but they still have to do the necessary work in terms of promotion and getting more institutions (other than Citibank) in the picture.
