OT There is another large issue which pertains to the constitutional rights of employees of corporations. Should so-called "whistle-blowers," for instance, be afforded constitutional protection from retaliation by their employers? Fourth Amendment privacy issues, which often are entangled in First Amendment matters, are also a major testing area. This is an extremely complex area of the law, needless to say, if for no other reason than the framers did not foresee the immense scope and power of modern business organizations. M2
