David, as someone once said "Don't ya just love it when a plan begins to work?" My only concern is when to jump off FM. Especially since terminal greed is a weakness of mine. :-) I've already sold 2/3 of my FM position and rolled it into NXTL and my inclination is to keep the remainer for the forseeable future, regardless of how high FM goes short term. Why? A favorable settlement of the Von's suit could do wonders to the stock price. Plus I'm convinced that discounting will abate within the next 18-24 months and fast food earnings will skyrocket. With the minimum wage increases, and recent signs of beef prices firming, discounting could change sooner rather than later. 30 is not out of the question if the "Under A Buck" menu changed to the "Slightly Over A Buck" menu. Remember, a 10 cent increase in the Jumbo Jack adds 31 cents pre tax and about 21 cents after tax to the bottom line, price elasticity not withstanding.
