Just got notice from the Appeals Court that they are responding to enquiries on whether there will be advance notice of the upcoming MSFT ruling. They noted that no advance notice will be given. In addition, there was a note that although the court issues opinions on Tuesdays and Fridays at 10:00, that practice may not be followed in this case. Now it is any day and anytime. I guess we can stop looking forward to 10:00 ams on Tuesdays and Fridays. If someone can tell me how to copy an Adobe file to this board, I will copy the entire notice. I guess they got too many enquiries from people.
