Adrian du Plessis,

Thank-you for speaking the truth. The members of our group strongly believe there is value still remaining in BSR. Some of our properties in Indonesia hold tremendous promise (rich in base metals) and we have the money to continue drilling. Since Bre-X and BSR own each shares there is a direct relationship in the values of each company. If BSR were successful in proving up deposits in Indonesia it could cause an appreciation in the value of Bre-X stock. Our group believes that our company has a better chance of negoiating with the Indo's if current management steps down. Furthermore the BSR Group of Shareholders has been contacted by groups who would be more than willing to drop their claims against the company if we become successful in having a new shareholder approved management appointed to run our company. With so many groups making claim against the companies the only ones who will benefit will be the lawyers. All shareholders must come together and put pressure on current management to call a special meeting so that shareholders can question and decide the fate of current management. Our group is also open to dialogue with any other shareholder group that is interested in restoring the value of any Bre-X related company.

Respectfully,

Don Clarke
