Jim P, OT: Welcome back. It appears your timing to go to higher ground was perfect. Did my gas consuming part this weekend by taking the boat to the Texas coast, just caught the tail end of the storm. The intra-coastal waterway was busy as always and seas were manageable, just raining. Off loading should not have been delayed long. I was surprised to see gasoline prices coming down the closer I got to the refining region. Mostly, $1.33 for low octane, but as low as $1.20 in Goliad. With gasoline storage above 3 out of the past 5 years, this summer may turn out better than expected. hdr
