Just once. I purchased a beautiful porcelain bowl for $45 plus shipping and insurance and it arrived in 7 pieces!! It had not been wrapped properly and by the time the man sent me the info to file for the insurance it had been two months! I finally decided that I would attempt to glue it back together and it didn't look that bad. Instead of giving him negative feedback, I just didn't respond on him at all and will not buy from him again! What about you?
