The main thing I've noticed over the last 10-20 years is the increase in deceptive marketing (advertising). Seems like everyday we are bombarded with a "come on". Everthing from rebates to car leases to credit card teaser rates...it's so bad that I actually feel bad for the trees that gave their lives so the can print up this crap. I would much rather see people contribute to a "productive endeavor" rather than these marketing mind games. What a waste...regardless of whether it keeps people in the cash... Meanwhile, as the manufacturing slips more and more overseas we become more and more an economy of scammers and money changers. Jim Off soapbox now... whew.
