Taxes are not a pass through cost to the consumer.... If corporations paid no taxes do you really think they would lower costs to the consumer? Here you are naive For years GM paid no taxes... did they lower the price on cars??? Every company that becomes highly profitable for whatever reason, finds some reason to increase executive compensation .Other employees come next and if any crumbs are left the shareholder might be considered. Either we find an equitable way to tax the corporations or the executives will splurge on themselves for a lot of stupid toys that they come to regret at a latter time. Regards, Jerome
