Ohhhhhh WOW. Blueberries. Ohhhhhh yum. Mine are almost ready for harvest. (well actually another month) I have plenty in the freezer from last summer. That would be absolutely the best. This banana bread is so moist that you really have to test it properly before you stop baking it. I have blown it and taken it out of the oven too soon and it was kind of raw in the middle. Yukkkkkkyyyy You DO NOT WANT IT TO BE UNDONE IN THE MIDDLE SO YOU NEED TO TEST IT PERFECTLY.

Also don't know about you guys but I test my oven temperature regularly with an oven thermometer. Nothing like an out of whack oven. The cinnamon/sugar thing on top of the banana bread would be very very good. Especially with primo cinnamon.

Ohhhhhhh I want to go get bananas and make this bread with some blueberries in it. Another suggestion would be to use whole wheat flour in this bread in some combination with or without the white flour. Good luck guys and let me know how it goes.

(what about cranberries or gooseberries or pear chunks or peaches or...............? What a bunch of smart cooks.)
