Hi Dennis,
I just took a look at the broadband SI beta site. What the hell is with the useless frame format? I ain't buyin' it. Too slick, too commercial and too much like AOL, which also sucks. The stuff that really matters, the messages, gets scrunched down to half the width that they formerly were, while the damn blinking ads pop up everywhere? Did SI declare war on its subscribers, did I miss something while I was out to dinner?
Definitely thumbs down. Grrr.
Here is the text that I sent to the feedback to SI (Upper LH corner of the beta site)
This really sucks. I use SI for the messages. I really resent the idea that they are to be confined to that itty-bitty little screen so that total nuisance blinking ads can annoy the hell out of me. Who can I write to, other than this note, to say that this beta is really, really headed the wrong direction. I paid a subscription for the service. I expect to not be bombarded with annoying ads, and I hate that "Streaming Real Time Quotes" thing. I want to be able to think, not blink! Thank you very much.
Sincerely, Raymond G. Duray
