Tim,
What happened with the SCC ? I would think if these charges were true, they would carry them on through instead of keeping up this delay.I spoke with the SCC and like all state agencies they seemed to be somewhat confused about what they were planning to do, she just said that they had run into a delay and of course it was no ones fault.
