how long does it usually take in bear markets for PEs to come back to reasonable levels?...I see way too many PEs over 50 and no PE stocks...surely this can't be sustained in the long run...I see that Buffet is finally cashing out...look at JNY insider trades...last year at this time he was badmouthing the market yet was buying...this year he is quiet in public but his sales speak for themselves
