Being new doesn't have to mean being illogical, she does due dilligence by calling the company???? That's my problem, she would attack anyone who said OJ committed murder because when she called him, he said he didn't. (She also attacks my use of his case for illustrative purposes, however I do that because may be the one case that everyone is familiar with and there isn't need for a lot of explanation of the situation.) I may have missed something and don't want to go back but didn't Kerry say the phones were disconnected ?

As you already know,if you do due diligence on a penny stock, you don't ask the company, you double check what they report by calling the companies, they say they do business with, the people they report to have contracts with, their former associations, etc....
That's what has been done by you and the others here who know how to do due diligence. The last place to get quality information is from the company, if it is a scam and it promoters, like Kerry.
Who Derek Allen is and what he does for a living, is not the point, the information he bring from public court records and other verifiable sources is the point, as you already know.
NHaynes may be new but she is old enough to live without blinders on. IMHO. I cannot help but question her motive is defending Arata and when I mentioned his "rap" sheet, it was a poor choice of words as I really didn't mean to focus on his felony conviction alone, it is the sum total of: Lack of education, lack of experience in the field, his professed ignorance of the situation and claims that I was referring to.
