Guardian Tech employed a boiler room called Landmark International Equities to 'pump and dump' its stock warrants in a very clever swindle of phoned, solicited victims, then Landmark shutdown, after getting mixed up in claimed mobster activity, some published in Business Week 12-16-96. Some broker and manager names were Joe Ciccarelli, Joe Nunziato, Oliver North, Joe Hernandez, Ahrenson, Gotti-Gambino crime families, etc. GRDN started in Virginia, then a claimed North Carolina address could not be traced, now apparently at Carefree, Arizona.
