Volatility on OEX options really surged today -- 400% to 500% intra-day shift for at-the-money options for the June contract. The witch is turning over in her sleep. It looks like she wants to sleep on the long side of the bed this time. The rational trend is now down, but the witch wants a goodnight kiss. Logic goes out the window -- nobody wants to be on the wrong side of the sharp teeth of her black embrace.
