PCTH is going to construct a four story office building adjacent to their manufacturing facilities. It will be completed early next year. The CEO will have a 3000 square foot apartment on the top floor in which he will live and also entertain customers. It will have a view of the Columbia River, Wenatchee and Mission Ridge. He will be able to walk downstairs to work. We will be able to rest easier knowing that the CEO is on top of things. He can keep an eye on our property at all times.
