Our trees are still babies, so I don't expect much. The cherries actually are doing pretty well, but one apricot did not break dormancy at all. The plums are doing well. The apple tree and the other apricot and the peach trees and pear trees made fruit that fell off when it was still tiny. Apricots flower early - and it was warm very early, then cold for a long time. This isn't really the climate for apricots. A house a couple of blocks away has a mature Montmorency cherry that is covered with fruit, and around the corner is a mature crab apple tree that is absolutely loaded with fruit. I am going to ask the owner of the cherry tree if I can pick some cherries - last year they all went unpicked. Maybe I should offer to make them a pie.:)
