Keith,
I was one ot the investors at the 1997 meeting. I bought into IPM in the fall of 1995 and like a fool i believed that the management of IPM actually intended to try to succeed, boy was i wrong. One good thing did come out of IPM and that is that i found several good friends and they are worth far more than the investment i lost,
