Why? I think there may be some interim upticks in the economic numbers that they will run the hell out of before the numbers and markets resume a dreadful course. For example, I'll be very surprised if the Book to Bill comes in below .42. And if that thing upticks, it could be the beginning of a new run until the next set of #'s.
